Letter from our Commercial Manager:
Now yes. We are finally going to shelve this year 2021.
A very complicated year, mainly due to the influence of the scarcity of Raw Materials. This has meant an escalation in prices and an extra complication when it comes to obtaining supply to be able to complete orders.
First of all, I want to publicly thank the entire AyG Packaging team ….. From the Commercial Team that has always stood up for the best solution for customers, through the Department of New Developments and Purchasing which have turned in the search for substitute materials and stock all over the world (This year we have received Cardboard from Brazil, Chile, Thailand, Russia… in addition to our usual Suppliers from Spain and the rest of Europe) and of course, to our Production Department/ Deliveries always looking for productive solutions to minimize this CHAOS.
However, the most important thanks go to our clients. The faithful who have been accompanying us for many years and those who have incorporated this exercise. Thank you for your patience, thank you for your support, thank you for your trust, thank you for your collaboration, thank you for trusting AyG Packaging for your New Projects. Without you we would not exist, and we owe it to you.
In a few hours we enter 2022. Everything indicates that it will not be a very different year from 2021, at least the first semester. But I am convinced that between the corrective measures that we are implementing internally and everything that our clients can contribute to us, above all, in terms of Programming, we will make this new year an excellent one.
I take this opportunity to wish all our Real and Potential Customers and Collaborators a very good start to the year.
